Your New Editor...

I don't think I really need to announce my position as newsletter editor, but for all of you who missed the screams of "Where is our newsletter!" at the last pool session - I have taken the job. I'd like to thank Heather for all her hard work over the past 5 years, you've left a hard act to follow. You'll notice a profusion of links among the articles, as I'm keen to promote the internet. There will be more developments to come so watch this space!

Pool Sessions

The pool sessions are finished for the next two weeks and will begin again at the Jewel and Esk Valley pool on the 25th of April.

Expeditions
There are quite a few trips coming up in the near future, and some others in the pipeline. There are training weekends planned during the Easter Holidays, so contact John P (0131 449 4029)

Sound of Mull Trip Details

For all those interested in coming along, there are still a few spaces left on the trip. The plan is to meet in Oban on Friday 12th, and then be taken by boat to the Lochaline Dive Centre. The cost for the weekend will be around about £100 so if you're interested please contact Graham on 0131 664 9575.

Cheap Gear Ahoy!

Yes it's the first Scottish Dive show. You'll be able to see, and buy the latest in dive gear, holidays, and a host of other diving services. There is about 70 suppliers already represented, you're guaranteed to find some sort of bargain! There will also be presentations by top diving personalities on wrecks, technical diving and holiday destinations.

Red Sea....

Carol has organised a trip to the Red Sea, and unfortunately the deadline for signing up has passed. If you want to go then get in touch with Red Sea Divers (01334 656 577) to see if you can come along as there are still some spaces left.

Membership Fees?

Our esteemed treasurer has noticed that a few people haven't yet paid their fees.We know who you are... if you could get a cheque for £25 to Rod before we have to send round the heavies.
